Harvested from the nearby waters of Little Narragansett Bay, our scallops arrive on your plate lightly grilled and flavorful. The scallops are nestled in a bed of warm, creamy polenta sprinkled with crispy pieces of pancetta. On the side is a helping of arugula with shitakes drizzled with a warm cherry tomato vinaigrette.
